What are the benefits of attic insulation?
Insulating your attic space is one of the most effective ways to improve the energy-efficiency of your home. By retaining warmth within your home without letting it all escape through the roof, you will save tons on heating costs during the winter. In the summer, the insulation will reduce heat transfer from the outside and will keep your house cool and pleasant.
Will I need to vacate my house during the installation period?
Not at all! Our company doesn’t use any toxic or hazardous materials for any part of our process, so there is nothing to worry about. We also provide a thorough vacuum service post-installation to remove all traces of dust and leftover particles.
How long does installation normally take?
Our efficient contractors are able to finish most projects within one day. For a typical home, insulation upgrade takes around 2 to 4 hours to complete, and insulation removal takes between 6 to 12 hours to complete.
How much mess will be created during the process?
Very little mess is created during our projects! Our crew will protect your home with drop sheets that cover all areas of your attic, and we keep all of our machinery and materials on the outside on our trucks. Any dust particles that fall during our insulation application will be vacuumed after the installation is complete - it will be as if we were never there!
Does EcoComfort subcontract-out projects?
EcoComfort does NOT subcontract-out any work. All of our contractors are full-time employees that are screened under our strict quality standards and have years of professional attic insulation experience.

Our contractors are available for service in Brampton, Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough, Hamilton, Markham, Vaughan, Oakville, Burlington, Oshawa, and many other cities throughout Ontario.
Are there any hidden or surprise costs?
Absolutely not. Our quotes are always 100% transparent, meaning that we will always try to provide an accurate quote before starting the project and always notify you first if any extra work is required.
Does EcoComfort hire salesmen on commission?
All of our salesmen are salaried employees and are never on commission. You can rest assured that you will never be paying extra for sales markups.
